Yes this is current. I just updated this last week.
Can I get an update on my order. My Order is #9022 and not on this list. It is an ATC.
I also have an accessory order #10289, that may be shipping with the ATC? I’m not sure.

Your order looks like 9022 is scheduled for Apr 12th. As mentioned in that other post, we are slow-rolling at first then accelerating as we’re more confident customers won’t run into any issues with their ATC System. Slow rolling till just after workbenchcon Mar 1st… then afterwards we’ll be accelerating. so although you’re scheduled for Apr 12th, it’ll likely be sooner then that as we’ll be in full on production mode by then.

I am surprised that the delivery schedule lead time is ~ 2 times longer than anticipated, so that throws a wrench in my schedule; however, I do recognize the issues with onboarding new & technical product. So, I thank you and your team for the open & helpful communication. It is definitely appreciated!
Additionally, I am very pleased to see so many pre-orders and sales! That’s amazing, and well-deserved!

Daniel’s last communication with Delixi was around Jan. 29th/30th, and he was told by our contact that 48 110 VFDs were being air-freighted to us, and then our “big” order of 500 VFDs were going to be shipped in late February. When our contact is back from vacation, we are going to do everything we can to see if they can air freight more to us that are ready to go. We apologize for this delay! I was so looking forward to getting all of these spindle kits out to everyone so I share the frustration. If there’s anything we can send in the meantime to help you out as you wait, then please contact support. We are offering a free spindle shim for everyone affected by the delay. Diana
Please update this thread when the (batch of 48) spindles begin shipping to customers.
Absolutely… we are edge of our seat waiting for ups to show up with the 48 110v vfd’s so we can do a quick turnaround on 110v spindle orders.
Your post mentioned the 110v system delays. I ordered a 220v system. does the timetable as published reflect 220v?
Hi Bill, yes. After we receive the 48 110 VFDs that are supposed to be on the way via air shipment, we are nearly out of VFDs until we get the large order of 500 VFDs (both 110 and 220s). When exactly we get the 500 VFDs is not real clear, as the supplier said it was scheduled to be placed on the sea in late February. However, when our contact is back from vacation (Feb 15th?) we are going to see if it’s not too late to expedite it to air shipment instead. Your order would have to come from the batch of 500 VFDs. - Diana
The idea of being sold out is like a party next door to dump. There is celebration to be had but it stinks.

Yes… best guess is mid-March. We are going to do everything we can to air-freight it over when they are back from vacation.
My order is #10101 220v system. I am a little confused with the dialog here. Will it be fulfilled by Feb 16th? [10075 - 10163 - by Feb 16] as stated at the top of this thread? or is there a delay on 220v spindles? Thanks
Yes this will be fulfilled by Feb 16th. Completely out of 110s, and almost out of 220’s, but I have enough for yours.
Hi there quick question. Assuming the batch of 48 110 units haven’t come in yet correct? Are there any updates on this?
My order is #9970 assuming the timelines are backed up all the way to the first Feb 2nd dates. Since Feb 9th has past is there any way tell an updated ETA for my order?
