I bought a spindle system from you rather than Amazon and in doing so paid a much higher price. close to double the price not counting the extras above the VFD and spindle kit.
I did so because you published answers to the questions I had about spindles vs routers, 100v vs 220v, ER11 vs ER20, the weight of one spindle over the other, simple information and technical information about how to make it work, all of this when other providers said to contact them with questions and then never responded.
It seems you have innovation in your blood, so to speak, providing mainstream products as well as stuff I didn’t know I needed until; I saw it. How sneaky of you!
You provide quality products in a timely fashion, updates on product availability, updates on product orders and timelines, explanations if the orders are delayed and you stand by your products, In essence you provide customer service. That is why I paid extra.
All of these are important to help your customers feel like you are the go to company, that the success of your customer is your success.
I know so not because I have personally experienced it all. Yes, I am awaiting my order, it is delayed, you have put out updates yada yada. But, you went the extra mile by saying, “hey, your spindle is delayed, this is why, how about a free shim so you can use a router until the spindle gets there”. Who else does that? According to your customer ratings and comments, as well as your growth, nobody else does that.
