Just a Spindle on order number 10612. This is a replacement for one that has problems. Can I get an idea when it will ship?

For reference, my Order # 9937 (110V spindle) shipped yesterday and just arrived. But then I’m only 200 miles away. Looking forward to tearing up some wood.

Does the delay affect the 220v 2.2kw orders?
Yes it is both types. We can fulfill up to order 10277 this week, and then we will be out of VFDs until Delixi air ships about 100 or so (of both 110 and 220) to arrive early March, and then another 300 arriving shortly after that which can fulfill all outstanding orders. So we will be playing catch up all of March.
What timeframe can I expect for delivery on order 10811?

Hi folks! If you are wondering about your order, it should be possible for you to look at your order number and determine which of the most recently reported blocks you are in. Of course, not every order is for an ATC, so we might be in luck to get our order sooner than we think!
At this point, it appears there are two blocks of motors arriving by air freight in the next few weeks. They are run in by the team to make sure there are no defects that the manufacturer missed. At that point, your system will get boxed and shipped pretty quickly. You’ll get a shipping notification when that happens and you can follow the package to your doorstep!
It’s going to be great to install a fully dialed-in ATC that works out of the box for a long time. If the wait is getting you down, just imagine the wait if your home built ATC was failing over time. At this point, the wait is less or equal to the future losses of futzing around with a home built. And don’t forget, any late stage changes are more likely to be in our units, which is awesome.
