Shipping back order

I am very dissappointed with the shipping process I upgraded to elite and installed it but no spindle package. It will be well over a month before I receive it if then and in the meantime I cannot produce product for sale. poor service

I’m sorry for the delay. We’re not happy about it either.

We’re offering free shims so you can work with a makita in the meantime.

I tried looking you up in our system to call you, but i don’t see an order under the email you registered with.

I waited 5 months for my ATC system, and I would have waited 5 more if need be. I couldn’t be happier with mine. Sorry to hear you didn’t get what you needed, but the lead times are clearly posted in the ad. I hope you find what you are looking for and best of luck!

I was able to call him and gave him his 3 options, he made a choice, and we’ve already moved forward with that option.

Side note we’re having unnecessarily long lead times recieving products as well.

I spent this week in the warehouse with the intent of pushing spindle systems out. We haven’t recieved the motors yet. I ordered my plane tickets about 3 weeks ago.
Shifting to domestic challenges, we ordered 4 workbenches from home depot. They were supposed to be delivered Tuesday morning, they were delivered Thursday as we were leaving. Daniel and i were putting them together this morning till lunch
