I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a spare motor for their MASSO setup? The reason I ask is because the one on my X axis is non functional. I swapped the motor for a good motor from Y and the X axis worked great. So I ruled out cabling and anything on the gantry. I reached out to pwn support and let them know this was emergent as I have a project that needs wrapped up by Saturday. They responded two days later on Monday saying my new motor would go out the next day as it was too late to send that day with UPS already doing their pickup. I also said I would happily pay for upgraded shipping. They gave me two day as my option. Well, status did not change and as I was looking today it still hadn’t. Then it finally did, which makes me think it just made the ups pickup today. The replacement motor will not arrive until Monday which would make this two days late. I cannot change the delivery date for the customer’s items as this person is unavailable for the next few weeks and it is for Christmas. I am a bit frustrated at the support received. I even tried calling today but you cannot get through via phone. I have tried every day this week and it goes straight to voicemail. Had I known of all these delays I would have just ordered a replacement at my cost from MASSO directly.
So that is where this post comes in. If anyone has a spare, I will happily pay you for it plus for overnight shipping. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
