I emailed support, but decided to post here in case this helps anyone else in the future. Set up the Onefinity elite ATC yesterday, but the PE gauges are all at 0 (when testing the MTC, I hear the solenoid clicking, but there is almost no pressure).
I have 95psi coming out of the air dryer (going into the input - on the right side of the PE), and all other hoses/cables (other than the add’l one) are hooked up on both ends.
The PE power is on (red led inside is lit), MTC button is also lit, and I tried pulling out/adjusting one of the regulator knobs on the side of the PE in the plus direction on case they weren’t set right for some reason (nothing changed). Am I missing something? Thanks.
Maybe it was a loose wire or something, because while shooting the video and trying to pick up/follow each wire to show everything was connected, of course it started working. Sorry to bother you.
Check that all the wires are plugged in all the way, the wires shouldn’t need to be so sensitive. I know the connectors on the VFD and PE, you’d think they’re plugged in, but theres more that it can turn.
FYI - it happened again, but this time I looked a little closer and it seems that the ctrl line is causing the issue (it’s pressed in fully, tightened down snug not super tight). Not sure if it’s the port or the cable at this point. Thoughts?
At first there was no pressure, I just heard the solenoid clicking, but after moving that cable it starts but sputters, then eventually if I move to the right spot it works. Doesn’t look like I can attach a video here, but I’ll reply to that ticket and send it there. Thanks.
Hi friends, I am also having a zero pressure reading at the PE gauges during initial setup of the system. In my case the MTC button light is correctly turning on and off based on the motor having zero rotational velocity. I do not see a red LED glowing in the PE at any time. When I push the MTC button, nothing happens. I do not have any solenoid sound. I have detached the air supply line and it provides pressure at the setting on the dryer / regulator. Have double-checked the Masso connections. Attaching a couple of screenshots from the F1 configuration screens.
Well, looks like Im one of the Un-Lucky ones also.
Not showing air pressure to the P.E.
I have a 1F Elite with 220 water cooled spindle.
My screen looks like the one shown here.
My MTC Button does not light up if its supposed to?
I have a direct line to the PE. 95 psi.
I don’t hear anything when turning power on/off to the PE?
No clicking of relays?
Am I missing something?
Thanks for any advise.
Does that mean you did not invert the inputs by pressing spacebar with it highlighted. I know it’s not in the video, we missed it when we were watching it
If I cant figure anything out.
Dont know if l should take a look inside, to make sure nothing is loose?
And or check with a meter.
I did have to remove one of the side panels due to the bottom plastic piece was installed up side down from the factory.
The piece that has the notch in it for the mount clip.
I made sure to barely open it just enough to be able to flip the mount to the correct position.
I dont think I disturbed anything in doing so.
Just thinking out loud?
Does anyone know if the button end on the MTC Cable is removable?
Reason I’m asking.
I wanted to check the MTC cable with a meter to make sure that is not the issue?
I should have paid more attention to which cable it was, when I was unboxing, I noticed one of the cables had a slight loose connection on the end.
The outer casing was pulled back and some of the wire was exposed. Just barley, but it didn’t look right.
I pushed it back in where it should be and re-tightened the end.
I wish I would have taken a picture of it and or wrote down which cable it was…
Same with me, it was the CTRL cable on the PE, I thought it was plugged in, i redid it and now it works. Just to clarify, the 3 gauges on the PE read zero when not in use, when a tool change happens then the gauges have a reading, is that correct?
