Thank you to all at PwnCNC

I have everything set up now and my 2.2kw spindle/VFD is working beautifully both in manual and automatic modes. It was a delight to have it all thought out and it is truly a plug and play system. My SO3 had one slight difference from the SO4 demonstration video… that is the cutout in the control board cover for the PWM connector.

My cover surrounded it completely so I was not going to be able to press the back of the connector while ensuring a connection between the control wire and the connector. A little surgery with the Dremel and the cover now slides like the cover on the SO4.

I am delighted with the quality of the components and I would recommend your products to anyone wanting a spindle. Thank you all for the hard work you have put in so your customers do not have to.

EDIT: Image showing much healthier machine.

With a SO3, there was really 2 versions of them. Original purchases after (I believe) black Friday 2019 had the Molex connector. I had one, but my buddy didn’t. It was created for bitrunner.

Glad you got it working though, and I like those belt holder pieces

Very nice set up! Where did you get the belt holder/tensioner?

The files were created by Neil Ferreri, who resides on the Carbide 3D forums, and they are available on Thingiverse. There has been some interest in this particular tensioner block so I will create a short video clip of how I use them and post a link to it here and on the Carbide 3D forums.
