Product Idea: XYZ Block Holder

Moved the Elite Woodworker up to our facility and designing some really cool accessories for it.

Here’s my take on the XYZ block holder. It mounts right next to their tool-setter and holds their block perfectly.
The magnetic will attach to the M6 screw holding it in place on the front of the QCW.
Another feature is the angular part on the left has holes for threading zip-ties through so you can cleanly route your XYZ Block wires along side your Tool-Setter wire all the way over to the controller.

Note: this is woodworker QCW compatible. I should have a Journeyman QCW soon so i can make the needed adjustments.

Awesome design! I don’t think you could have provided a better example that ties to the post I made a bit ago about two path a business can take. You nailed it on the nose! Cheers!!!

In the past i was always holding off on designing certain things, but I think i’m free from that now.
Next thing i’m wanting to get out there is Pwn’s version of the coolant clips for running them along side the cable chain.
I’m certain i can add some value there over the ones currently on the market.

100% I tried the ones that are available and broke most of them. The fact they didn’t work well is what pushed me to go and pursue the 50mm drag chain upgrade.

There is a market for those clips and drag chain assembly brackets as well.

And a nice holder for the MPG. I think that is an untapped market too. It comes with a clip to hang it, but I saw a picture of one that cradles it. There were two options, one to mount on a vertical face of work bench or table leg and the other was like the side mount VFD keypad mount and connected the same way to the masso screen but held the mpg.

I’ve been working on something really special for the VFD Keypad mount. Not ready but definitely on the way and soon.
