I submitted a support Ticket Sunday night requesting some information. It’s been three days and nothing. Is it possible the ticket got lost in the shuffle?
Unlikely.
It’s possible it was a complex issue that required research, or the response went to your junk mail.
My recommendation, check your spam folder and if no response there, send a reply follow up from your ticket confirmation email
