I like pwn products and was seriously considering a new cnc from them. My issue is customer support. If you have a problem that shuts your business down , lack of phone support is an issue. Submitting a ticket for support does not help when it takes 3-4 days for a reply.
I filed a ticket on 12-19 and got a reply on 12-22. Now 1-5 and no response . I understand the holidays but this is unacceptable for a business to wait so long for support.
I call and get a recording saying if you filed a ticket , wait for the reply.
I’m sorry to hear that. Wish i could help but i have no eyes on what’s happening on the back end

Oh, there is so so much more then that.
Here is one for you to add on to what you say. Combine your story with them telling you your controller is not programmed by us because your controller is not supported when in fact it is. Then on top they will use excuses and fine print but however hide the real fine print. I love the statement that says “when controllers are supported we program them to be plug and play”. That was quickly deleted by them off YouTube.
No replies and no help is a bad combination. Beware.
