We want to take a moment to share something important.

PwnCNC is a small but driven team, fewer than half a dozen of us.

We design the products, assemble them, test them, document them, ship them, and support them. There isn’t a call center behind the curtain. It’s just us.

That’s something we’re proud of. It’s also something that requires realistic expectations.

While we do have a phone number (479-480-4337), we’re not structured for live phone support. Email allows us to:

• Review your exact configuration
• Reference documentation and wiring details
• Provide thoughtful, technically accurate answers
• Keep a clear record of troubleshooting steps

We typically work support tickets first thing in the morning and again near the end of the day. The middle of the day is focused on building orders, testing systems, preparing shipments, and improving documentation.

If you send a message and don’t hear back immediately, that doesn’t mean you’re being ignored. It simply means we’re in the shop building and supporting the community the best way we know how.

Waiting several hours, or up to one business day, for a response is completely normal in the CNC world, especially for hobby and prosumer equipment.

We stand behind what we build. We support what we sell. And we genuinely care about helping you succeed.

We just ask for patience as a small, focused team doing big things.

@Daniel you and your team have always given me excellent support. Thank you. The expectations you set are okay by me. I’ve been extremely happy with my PwnCNC purchases and hope you and your team will be around to for many years to come.
