Braking Resistor Install

Good Morning All: I thought I would simply plug in the braking resistor to the VFD but no…I’m not that lucky. The pins are clocked 90 degrees incorrect, so , does anyone know how to clock either one of the connectors to fix this. I have them both apart but it won’t move and don’t see any more screws. I’m not new to connectors but this one seems like you just can’t move them. Thanks. Larry R.

What do you mean by you can’t plug it in because it’s off by 90 degrees? I know the connector can only be put in 1 way via key and slot, but i don’t understand why that is causing you a problem

Daniel has already admitted he knows of this problem, here is a picture since you think I’m retarded I guess.

Yeah… i think a few braking resistors were skipped when we sat down to fix them all by desoldering the bad connector and adding a new connector.
I’ll need to check our shelf to verify all of them fit properly.
