"Tool Error" with New ATC Setup

I have a new ATC install. I am getting a Tool Error (with no detailed error message) when executing my MDI tool change command - T16M6. I am on v5.09. I have 9 slots in my rack and defined in the Tool Changer config. Only 2 tools are assigned to slots. T1 in Slot 1 and T16 in Slot 4. I have 50+ tools defined but only these two are assigned to slots. The MTC tool change works fine. Attached a copies of my various screens. One thing I noticed is my G54 Z is set to 54 which doesn’t make sense for my machine because my z range is 0 to -145mm. I wouldn’t think G54 would matter during an ATC. Any thoughts on what could be causing this Tool Error? It happens right after I ender the M6 command in MDI – no movement from the machine or pneumatics.

There’s a problem with 5.09 and linear tool change. Upgrade your software and try again

Upgrading to 5.10 fixed my issue. Thank you
