Conversion Kit Install Time

I recently picked up the Masso conversion kit for my Shapeoko 5 Pro and I’m curious if anyone has installed this yet and, if so, how long did the process take? I’ve got a few projects I’m working on, but I’d prefer to retire the laptop that’s running my CNC sooner rather than later (1/3 of the keys don’t work due to an MDF dust incident).

Here’s one person’s experience
