Here it is… with “most” of an ATC sitting on the bed 
It is setup and plugged in ready to be controlled from my Macbook. I’m ready to do some filming to install the spindle kit… then upgrade that to the ATC, which will only run in MTC mode of course… then upgrade the controller to the Masso touch
That’s the set up that I would really like to get in my shop. Are you guys going to offer the Masso as a potential ad on option for the shapeoko 5 pro.
Yes we are looking into this upgrade. I helped a few people with a custom Masso controller upgrade for their shapeoko. The hardest will be making the connections and such as simple to make as possible.
Signed up for the forum hoping there would be some discussion for the 5P. This is great to see. Will be ordering an atc kit.
This is (I think) exactly why I came here. I want a roughly 2 x 2 table with enough power and accuracy to do wood / plastic 3d milling with enough accuracy for inlays. I also do smaller pieces of aluminum milling in 3d. I want an atc
I have been in the commercial sign business my entire life and have access to multi am routers and enroute. I have been making my projects on those but want a home solution. It’s not a business to me just fun projects as they come up.
Can’t seem to find all this combination without going yo a 25k table.
Is it possible to get the shapeko 5pro and upgrade with parts here and hit that goal (or close) with upgrade parts from here.
I also need software as I doubt I’m going to buy a copy of enroute.
Hello Vesteroid, Stay tuned for our major product release this coming Black Friday. I know it’s a ways off… but work is progressing on it all summer.
By end of summer, I’ll have my Shapeoko 5 Pro the most capable and functional product available for the hobby/home market. It’ll include full ATC acapability along with a variety of other accessories that improve the experience.
