Just putting it out there, it’s not a quick process.
Each pawn took 1 hr 15 min to make from square block of wood to loosening the jaws.
This is about 60 hours of machine time not including redo’s (there was several as I was learning how to use it myself) using a 1/32" TBN, a rounding and roughing pass.
