Made this to complement the Star Wars inspired chess pieces i made here
Took 2 attempts on the trim, as the first was too thin when i went to do the roman ogee
I always try to incorporate something new i haven’t done before when starting a new project (cnc or otherwise), and this time it was the purple heart/walnut accents

Those look great! Do you have any local maker’s markets that you bring those to? I bet they’d sell like crazy, especially a Star Wars-themed event.
We have something at the mall on the first Saturday of the month I believe, but that wouldn’t be the clientele for it. I sold the chess pieces for $500.
We do have a couple of (board) game places, that might be willing to do cosignment… thanks for the idea. Guess I’ll have to make another set and hope for the best
