Onefinity Elite Inlet port

Recently created this Onefinity Elite 3 port 12mm accessory plate that fits amazingly on their Masso connector at the rear.
Perfectly suitable for our tool setter or the ATC inlet. Future shipments of Tool Setter cable inlets and ATC Systems will include one and the makers file is free!!

So when you say future orders, I’m waiting for my ATC system. Will it be included in my shipment?

Yes. If it hasn’t shipped yet (and there haven’t been any atc systems that have) it’ll be included, just like any future tool setter orders.

I changed “orders” to shipments

Hi , will the relevant wires and connections be included or do these need to be added to order

Regards Paul

Here’s an inventory list of what’s included with the ATC package, but yes it’s included.

Thanks for clearing that up , can you explain what the three ports are to be used for and will I need one internal wiring for each port ?

They’re fitted for a standard 12mm which is a very common size for any number of applications. I have a relay in my Masso for my brake, so I could put a fuse there if I wanted to (its fused at the power source) but if I wanted to slim down my power box, I could move the fuse there.

You don’t “HAVE” to use it, but up until this was released people with our Tool Setter and an 1F Elite, users would have a loose connector which isn’t ideal by any stretch. Yes, unless you want something to be there and look pretty but have no application, you’ll have to do some form of wiring.

This can be used for that, along with ATC, and there’s still one available, and it’s there for no reason other than there was room for it. They are a beast to get in as the fitment is pretty tight, and we wouldn’t want people to have to swap them out if such a need came.

Just like they (1F) included an extra empty port to accept another motor Molex connector which I imagine was planned for rotary. They don’t have to use it, but it’s there for no reason other than they can someday. Thats just like these slots that we’re occupying, they’re there so they can use them, but we called dibs first

Fantastic, thank you very much , I eagerly await my ATC package , exciting times ahead

Kind Regards Paul

We’re always working on accessories so it makes sense to have extra 12mm holes available for our favorite style inlet… the GX12 aircraft connectors.
We’ve got two accessories that have this and the GX12 panel inlet with 18" wires is already available.
One is our ATC port… for bringing the motor sensors into the controller and solenoid control wires to our Pneumatics enclosure.
The other is our Tool-Setter. We released this product as a way to buy a quality tool setter for any brand of cnc machine. For Elite folks, we offer a GX12 panel connector w/18" wires similar to the ATC inlet cable.

We want to leave folks with a high quality product and properly mounting these inlet cables looks far better than just leaving them loose.
This snap-in connector changes the Onefinity Elite’s empty opening to something usable.

Hey Daniel

Absolutely love this feed back , I appreciate everything you do and I am so looking forward to receiving my ATC pack

Can I just ask ,As I will be ordering the Onefinity Elite z-20 Brake Motor in the very near future

Will this effect the location of the v9 dust boot Onefinity pack I’ve ordered from yourself

Will I need to order any extra parts to extend it beyond the motor

Kind Regards Paul

I don’t have the brake-motor yet, so i’m not sure how to answer that.
I do not believe so no. The ultimate hose clamp mounts onto the top/rear of the X carriage. Far enough away from the z motor as to not interfere.
