Air Compressor issues for my ATC

After finally getting my ATC hooked up I realized I had some issues with it not releasing the tool. After several attempts and with a dedicated Compressor I noticed the pressure would not kick on until 65psi. As I attempted to adjust the compressor, it moved in a range, which put the shut off way above my level of comfort (150psi). I am considering to put a separate tank inline with my compressor under my machine to hopefully hold and maintain 100psi. Has anyone else ran into this issue or have any recommendations for a compressed air tank to run with my compressor?

Are you using an Inline Air Dryer / Filter with a flow regulator? That should allow you to Keep the PSI at 100.

Yes sir. Still having issues.

Check that your air hoses are plugged into the correct ports from the PE to the Spindle.
I’ve been able to do successful changes in some low psi, although I cant remember how low, I do know they were below the 95 psi threshold

WOW!!! When you think you did everything right I still messed that up and swapped my air lines!! Great catch!!
