Hi can anybody help with the following problem that keeps occurring ?
When jogging my X axis from the home start position (then zeroing ) to a setting of 832 mm, it only measures 520mm when finished, but the reading on the Masso control panel says 831.99 mm
The other axis are all fine
, I’ve checked the settings, and they all seem to be correct
Check your dip switches on the motor themselves and validate that’s what the software says. Don’t adjust your dip switches with the unit powered on.
Then for the calibration…
Thanks @Chris , I’m not sure what the settings are but I dropped the distance per revolution down from 15.90000 to 10.00000, and it’s spot on, give or take 0.25mm, but I’ll collaborate to precision when I’ve got a bit more time on my hands, much appreciated
