I suggest the addition of an internal embedded temperature monitor to the water cooled spindles. A thermocouple would like do it it, You really do not need the precision of an RTD, even a thermistor would work. The intent is to allow for thermal driven control of the cooling water flow. Too cold, BAD. Too Hot. BAD. As it is you pretty much have on/off and hope. Does this change the cabling? Maybe. Depends on how you build it. I also suggest a cost to the customer for the feature. There is nothing in life for free.
