What does Err 06 mean on my VFD??

It means that it’s trying to slow down faster than can be handled.

Check p0.0.12 and perhaps increase it

My spindle is still spinning when it attempts to make a tool change. The spindle is off, but still spinning down. Why??

I see you just told us on your ticket that changing it to 8 works.
Does this also solve the tool change issue you brought up
