Uxcell ER20 Collet

I recently bought a PwnCNC ER20 80mm Spindle System to go with a OneFinity Elite Foreman CNC machine.

I discovered today that I couldn’t locate the collets that should have come with the spindle. I don’t know how they could have gotten lost, but I went ahead and ordered the “High Precision Collet Set” from PwnCNC and it should arrive next Monday.

To unblock the setup of the new CNC machine, I thought I’d order a 1/4 ER20 collet from Amazon (which can be delivered tomorrow). That would allow me to at least level the waste boards. My question is whether any ER20 collet should be compatible with the PwnCNC spindle, or do I need to careful with what I order?

The collets would be pressed into the foam of the motor. Might be possible you opened it “upside down”

ER20 is a industry standard, just like USB-C.

Thanks Chris, your note about the collets being in the foam spindle packing made me check again and I found them. I thought I had already thrown out the spindle packing materials but found it in a trash can that hadn’t been emptied.
