My 1.5w spindle finishes cutting out a part then pulls up above the material and powers off on its way to cut out the next part. When it reaches the next part it plunges into the material before it is up to speed.
That sounds like a post processor problem, or you have grbl in laser mode, but without more information I can’t know for sure except it’s not a problem with our equipment.
Computers are dumb, they only do what you tell it, even if what you want it to do isn’t what its told to do.
Really sounds like it is in Laser mode ($32=1)
