New Pwn VFD not recognized by Onefinity Pro controller

We received it, and while it didn’t work out of the box, we reflashed the firmware, and it connected right away.

We got it on Tuesday, and on Wednesday looked at it and it didn’t work out of the box, but we reflashed it and it connected without complications
