Need some tramming spindle

Continuing the discussion from Welcome to the PwnCNC Forums!:

Hello everyone, I just upgraded to a Pwn spindle on my longmill MK2. I’m trying to tram but I’m having some issues. The bracket on the spindle is covering my adjustment screws which isn’t allowing me to properly make any adjustments .

Would appreciate any help on solving this problem. Thanks Mike

Maybe I’m missing something, but what’s blocking what (as it pertains to tramming)?
This is the first ive heard of this issue.

This is my first time on this forum so I’m hoping the pic that I uploaded showed up. That me know so I can explain a little better. Thanks

It did, but i dont see any screws that are hindered because it’s installed.
Also the pwn aluminum plate is much smaller than the stock mk2 plate, so accessibility is a problem i haven’t heard of.

The one pic shows the mounting plate with 8 small screws. Those screws are used to make adjustments when tramming. The bracket that held the Mikita router allowed me to adjust all right small screws. The next pic shows the new bracket attached. Now the new bracket covers four of the smaller screws. The inside ones. This only leaves two outside small screws on each side to make adjustments. Hope I’m not confusing you.

I only see one photo

But i just clicked thru a video of Garrett messing with a square and didn’t see anything that couldnt be overcome with 1-2-3 blocks
