I just just finished installing the conversion kit and am having trouble with very limited XY and Z movement. I am just wanting to move the axis’s around so I can figure out where I am going to mount the homing sensors. When I move the XY and Z they only go an inch or 2 them stop. Is there a setting that is stopping movement when manually jogging the machine? I am not a newbie at CNC but am at the MASSO. Thanks!
Am I correct then that you did not home the machine in the first place, and therefore are in the lockout since it doesn’t know where it is?
With the machine off you should be able to move the axis to the homing locations and place the switches there. It doesn’t matter where you put them, as long as that is the corner you intend to home to. I for example home to front right. The last 2 screenshots are my homing screen, and show you how you would dictate which corner to do, also what order (do z first regardless).

After some tinkering, I believe I have figured it out. Set the minimum and maximum travel distance to -10000 and 10000 then run the wizard. I am I will need to run the wizard again after I get the homing switches installed.

Motor resolution is another piece to the puzzle, yes. glad you figured it out.
Thanks for your help Chris. After completing the XY and Z wizard I am able to move the gantries around so I can figure out where to put the homing switches and test them.
