What’s the connector called on the end of the VFD control cable where it connects to the Onefinity Masso controller? I’d like to find a 90 degree elbow for this connector to direct the cable back instead of down so there is less stress on the cable for better cable management.

You’re better off changing over to a different connector type, even GX16. Other types/sizes are readily available in 90 degree, but GX12 I’ve only found large volume orders. Though if you want 1000 units, I suppose that’s OK.
Where did you find them? We can certainly purchase a large volume and make them available as 1-off sales.

Generic parts stores aren’t motivated to sell this as a 1-off part sale… but we are.
I took another look and they might in fact not exist at all. Every link I recall seeing from last time that says anything about GX12 only shows GX16 when actually clicked through.
The exception is this one, which has a title listing 5 and 4-pin connectors. However, the page has a bunch of options to click on to place an order, I just can’t see how to specify the pin count on GX12. 100 unit minimum.
I’ll reach out to our connectors supplier. It took me nearly 4mo to track down a cable side H20 male connector, but finally did it. This has made such a huge impact on our ATC motors.
I wonder if they can track one down for us.
