I see that a newer style of Bullet type spindle is available, but PWNCNC doesnt use that style.

Sounds like you’re speaking of the 80mm, 800 hz non-atc motor
The Bullet style is actually metal-working motors. They’re capable of better torque and we absolutely have them available. Although they only come in water-cooled variety.
actually they have a 400hz 24k rpm version. but yes in metal working and wood working versions
