Unfortunately customs slows things down. We’re doing our best to ensure all paperwork is in order so a speedy pass through customs.
Due to an international per-shipment value limitation, all international ATC systems are shipped in two boxes.
Thanks Daniel. That last shipments were pretty quick so fingers crossed that trend continues. I have next week off so looking forward to installing and getting to know this new system!!
We’re actively hiring someone to help with our backlog of orders. So things are definitely going to start shipping faster.
Last week i shipped ATC orders on friday, this week I’ve managed to get this week’s ATC orders out yesterday (wednesday). And we’ve already begun work on next week’s ATC orders. I really want to get them out on Monday if at all possible.
We really want to far exceed the expectations on this chart… stay tuned

I just received my spindle order along with chiller and a bunch of accessories.
I should mention that PWNCNC shipped March 28th and I received on April 5th in Canada having gone through customs.

Our ATC shipping is about to get a huge boost in fulfillment capacity. All last week we’ve been gearing up with the desire/goal of shipping 40 ATC’s this week.
We have all the supplies so the delay is purely around how fast we can put together these PE’s.
The PE’s are made up of 5 sub-assemblies each of which is anywhere from 30min to an hour to put together. We’ve got 40 of each now assembled.
This leaves final PE assembly and testing to perform which is roughly 30-45min each… then we combine that with a motor and vfd, install it onto our Woodworker Elite for final testing and then each system is off to packing.
There will be lots of late nights and red bull will be flowing this week. Wish us luck
