After trying Vcarve and the first paid tier of fusion 360 I went with DeskProto. It isn’t all that easy to use but you can get it to do what you need it to do. I may get fed up with it and try the full 4 axis on fusion 360 (using the tokens the expense is manageable if you rarely use it ).
I use V Carve Pro. It works great. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube.
Thanks, I went through some of the tutorials and Vcarve looks like it would work. I see that they have a few gadgets already installed to help with a rotary.
I use the rounding toolpath gadget on every rotary carve.
