Yesterday I notified Onefinity that I sold the Elite Foreman package that I bought in November. It was shocking, but they transferred ownership almost immediately. They even notified the new owner that they would be shipping the Rapid Change ATC and free dust boot directly to him when they get to it on their shipping list. On top of that they notified Masso of the change and had them send an email to the new owner to activate the Masso. Either they have improved a lot on customer service or they were happy to see me go since I was not shy to point out issues with the Black Friday Sale mess and I made it known that I purchased a PwnCNC spindle to use instead of letting the CNC serve as a work bench for months on end. LOL. I’ll miss the CNC. It was a good machine. But only until my Dominator arrives.
