A new prototype change to the v6. A friend who builds custom guitars with the Onefinity x50 was having a lot of problems with the Suck-It boot clogging when the material would come off stringy… a common problem when doing long with the grain 3D raster tool paths. Especially in wood like oak and ash that have large pours and strong lignin this is more likely.
Hopefully the addition of a full 2.5" opening will help and if stuff still occasionally gets clogged the Maglock will allow for faster clean-out.
Isn’t additive manufacturing great. A problem like this is virtually impossible to solve if your components are injection molded.

It’s only logical the next step would be a 4" variant
