I really like PwnCNC’s MagLock Brush and I printed one for myself and then learned that the brush I have doesn’t fit. Since I had a few meters of this brush laying around I figured I would create a design that fit this type of brush. Since the design worked well with the PwnCNC MagLock for Maker’s collection I’m sharing it here in case it is useful to anyone else.
The design features a brush track that is about 0.5mm wider and 2x deeper. The brush track has a double chamfer at the top so that no supports are needed during printing. Combine this design with the MagLock ring from PwnCNC.
