Well, we might have hit a snag. Because I would be using the Dominator Pro inside a school building, they are requiring UL Certification, or the equivelent. Is this equipment UL approved? And if so, where can I get a copy of the certification?
You might have Daniel look into UL listings for the components like the spindle, Masso machine stepper motors etc.
the frame itself or the system as a whole i dont think needs a UL listing.
a UL listing isnt something any small company will afford its a very costly effort
It wasn’t a money problem when Daniel was looking into it, but hit other road blocks
Our spindle motors are “UL Tested”, however Delixi tried to get “UL Listing” on their VFD’s but was unable to do so.
They are working on alternative options, however not only is it costly it is time consuming to do. So it won’t happen anytime soon.
