Before setting up my PwnCNC ATC I really wanted to use ISO20 tool holder forks rather than tool cups because I wanted to be able to see what was in the tool holder and I wanted to support tools that are wider than the holder (e.g. probe). After using some 3D printed tool forks that worked perfectly, with out the dust boot, I ended up switching to the PwnCNC style tool racks because I didn’t want to replace the V10 dust boot with a moveable boot. However, I did find a way to accomplish both of my objectives (probe support, tool visible) with a modified tool rack design.
- Probe: Shorty tool holder that keep the top of the tool holder at the same level as all the other tools.
- Disability: Four legged tool rack rather than enclosed.
