@Daniel , Your wiring is beautiful! Are all the vfds 320hz only? Or Offer one to run a 800hz motor?Cant find one on the store.

We use the same VFD across all of our ATC and Spindle Systems and Kits. The only difference is the 110v vs 220v models.
They are capable of over 1000hz but programming them is unique in that our program settings must be entered in-order or you can’t access hz above 320.

We sell the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) – PwnCNC by itself no labor done to it as far as programming or what-not.
Our fully enclosed vfd is also available. It is enclosed, programmed, and tested.

I picked up a new em60 from a local a year or so back for a milo mill project iv been slowly working on with a 800hz spindle and thought i recall you saying they can do 800hz but iv all but thrown this thing in the trash , was going to revisit the project shortly and decided maybe i just need to buy a new vfd at this point.

There’s another thread that has our full programming. The P5019=107 (iirr) is the key setting you’ll need to unlock the higher frequencies.
Then P0007 can be set to 400 or 800 as needed.
If it still turns on, don’t dispose of it… these VFD’s are really awesome and have tons of really good functionality.

Hey Daniel,

I have already realized how complex this VFD is, comparable to other industrial VFDs like the Omron / Hitachi, but the DELIXI manual is not as good and didactical as the Omron MX2 / Hitachi WJ200 manual, so I have not yet found the motivation to explore it deeply. I don’t envy you for getting stuck in, but for probably having a good grasp of this VFD now!

For beginners, the Omron MX2 manual is much more easy to explore a VFD’s capabilities, although it is a very complex industrial VFD

I hear you. It took me a few months of studying the manual to extract what I needed out of it. To this day it takes me a little bit yo get back into that mindset when I need to solve particularly difficult issues
I’m happy with the vfd as be been able to get all I wanted out of it. 5 iterations of our vfd enclosure to expose all the functionality.
It is a really solid choice but completely agree with you.
I try to share what I can with it since it is a low cost vfd with tons of potential.
