“Fixing” my VFD made it worse

I received my system. Installed it. Everything worked fine in manual mode so now was the time to actually hook it up to the controller and operate it through the computer using gsender.

I cranked it up and, unlike manual mode, it only achieved 1/2 the rpm’s. Several hours and many attempts at various things I finally found out they sent me a vfd set for 10volts instead of 5 which was only producing half the work.

When I finally get it cranked up higher it still doesn’t achieve 24000 rpm’s. Presumably I have a voltage leak. Ok, I’ll run with it cause I adjust the voltage to 4.9 so that tricked it to get to 24,000 rpm’s.

Through all the steps I took to find and figure that out somehow I caused to not turn off when it’s supposed to and it was steadily spinning at 240 rpm’s so I took additional steps to stop that.

Everything I did failed. It never stopped turning. Now to top it off it won’t even work in manual mode so I’m shut down!

I have a demon equivalent controller with 5 watts of power and the 1.5kw air cooled spindle.

Can anyone tell me all of their code settings so I can get going again please.

It is very frustrating to not get any .pdf file stating what each code should be. Now I’m in the dark.

Thank you for any help.
