Break-in / Warm Up Gcode and Chiller Alarm

I have been using the Warm Up gcode supplied by PwnCNC. However, now I have added a chiller with a chiller alarm. The suggested use is to run the Warm Up gcode with the coolant supply OFF. However, if I turn the chiller OFF, the chiller alarm stops the gcode and spindle.

I don’t see anyway to solve other than turning the chiller alarm off in the F1 panel. That is a major PITA to try and remember.

Should I just run the Warm UP gcode with chiller on? Other suggestions?

I don’t run the gcode, i to it manually.
Having the chiller flowing isn’t a bad thing, might take a few min longer, but it’ll work as well.
