Bought the FEIN dust collector, need to know how to connect to 80 mm V10 dust boot? Saw the video setup for the PWN water cooled Spindle which used the FEIN dust collector. The connector to the dust boot does not look like the connector on the end of the hose which comes std with vacuum, anyone know as I see no option at Fein for the same connector ?
never mind, I used the right search words and found the adapters, many thanks anyway as I know some one would have directed me to the right spot…
For those stumbling across this post… Here’s what i use personally:
The MagConverter will turn any of our hose adapters into magnetic connections compatible with the 2.5" version of our dust boots.
And here’s the Fein hose adapter.
As a bonus… this is a very handy thing to have around for local cleanup reasons.
