ATC Air & Coolant Clips for Onefinity Elite

Hi @Dovetailwilly,
Thanks for the compliments. I hope the clips work well for you. I print them on their side with the version number (current “4”) facing up. In the picture below you can see the support is use (red bars). Note, I don’t put any support inside the area where the drag chain cover goes.

Let me know if you have any other questions or suggestions for improvement.

I printed them in that same orientation; but, I used tree supports on the bed only…that worked great for me…easy to take the supports off. I printed mine in PETG HF (Bambu Lab)

@Eriz
Eric, I was able to make them work by drilling out the underside clips for my 6mm (1/4") OD air hoses. I was literally unable to force the air hoses into the sockets without drilling them out with a 7/32" bit. I’ll send a pic later but I have them all installed now. Thanks again. Jay

Thanks for sharing an update @MstrODstr. If you have a pair of calipers it would be interesting to know the width of the opening on the bottom of the slip that the air line has to pass through. I’d like to compare that to mine and the design.

Unfortunately, I’ve modified all of the clips I printed by drilling out the holes with a 7/32" bit. That fits the air hoses I got from Ugly Dog Woodshop (with his sidekick dust boot) perfectly. I actually wound up installing the clips first and then feeding the air hoses through each clip. i sprayed the hose with Boshield T9 and it was a piece of cake after that.

No problem. Would you measure your air hose and let me know what the diameter is?

When I measured mine the widest was 6.02 mm and the smallest was 5.97 mm.

I get a pretty consistent 5.96-5.97mm

It was a little hard to measure without squishing the hose and changing the value.

Anyway, I really appreciate what you have done here and wanted to say THANKS again.

You are most welcome Jay. I’m glad the design was useful to you.
