I have 7 tools lined up on the left side of my table. Can I also line more up on the right side?
You would have to program the tool holder coordinates into the MASSO regardless of where the tool holder is the machine would go to the programmed coordinates for that tool change operation. So yes you can

With the right dustboot and tool holder design in theory you have just over 20 tool holders on on side check out uglydog workshop on YouTube he has a great optimized setup
