What would it cost if we were to produce our own special t-track design.
I like this design especially since there is a really awesome clamping system I’m working with another maker on bringing to market.
A simple 1" surfacing bit can be used to add machine-axis grooves to a flat bed surface. As deep as 4" would be more than enough… allowing you to have a full 5mm of material that can be surfaced if using standard 3/4" MDF slats in-between the tracks.
This will be our first leap into an extrusion based product. Sure hope this goes well
