I have everything hooked up correctly… I think… my spindle will work in manual mode if I set the RPM but when in auto mode the spindle does nothing. Am I missing something?

I responded to your ticket, but you need to hit run with it in automatic to get the vfd in a run state.

The Carbide’s controller is actually not as feature-rich as other controllers on the market. In this case it does not have the ability to trigger the forward state of spindles. So you must hit the run button prior to starting your program in carbide motion.
